IDMC brazed plate heat exchanger consists of no. of thin acid resistant plates, each alternate plate being rotated 180°C, precision stamped & assembled as a unit. The plate pack assembled with two end plates & connections, is vacuum brazed at extremely high temperatures providing a permanently sealed, highly efficient & compact heat exchanger.

Contrary to Gasketed PHE, IDMC`s brazed plate heat xchanger do not contain rubber gaskets & can operate continuously at temp. from -180°C to +200°C and operating pressure up to 30 bar. Brazed plate heat exchanger widely useful in chilling & condensing duties, using Freon, because of reduction in volume of refrigerant to a minimum as compared to tubular heat exchanger.
