Pretreatment :
To remove typical impurities such as like particulates, Inorganic matter, micro-organism, dissolved oxygen etc.

Ultrafiltration :
When used in pretreatment its removes colloids& large organic molecules and when used in Post-treatment it reduces the bacterial load.

Reverse Osmosis :
This is the finest level of membrane separation, rejecting typically 98 – 99 %

Electro-deionisation This is the final polishing unit which gives a conductivity < 1.3 µS/cm

UV irradiation
Its use gives effective microbial control.

WATER FOR INJECTION AND PURE STEAM GENERATION SYSTEMS
Water for Injection (WFI) stills / Pure steam generators (PSG) are essential part of IV fluids, indictable, vaccine & liquid oral formulation plants.
These third generation multi effect stills have following features;

Double tube sheet construction for the first column, where boiler steam is present.

These are a unique design stills which allow the production of WFI and PS simultaneously or in any other capacity combination, from the same equipment without compromising the efficiency off the system.
