Single stage screw compressor packages
IDMC assembles and markets screw compressor packages based on the Grasso Screw Compressor technology. These are specially developed for application in industrial refrigeration, water chilling and air conditioning (output range 57 to 2200 TR). The screw compressor packages are designed for ammonia and CFC free refrigerants.
The screw compressor packages are available in 22 screw compressor models, in 3 series to cover the complete range of applications. |

Small series-swept volumes from 231 to 372 m3/hr (Four models C,D,E,G)
Screw compressor packages in the small series have a horizontal oil separator, which is a part of the compact support frame. They are simple to install and require few components. The oil pump, suction non-return valve, suction filter, oil filter, overflow valve, internal oil management system, coupling and coupling guard with centering flange for flanged motors and the solenoid valves for capacity and Vi adjustment are integrated into small series also called semi-packs. |

Medium series - swept: volumes from 471 to 860 m3/hr (Four models H,L,M,N)
Screw compressor packages in the medium series have a robust base frame to accommodate all the components. The package is integrated by mounting oil pump, suction non-return valve, suction filter, internal oil distribution system. Solenoid valves Vi adjustment and vertical oil separator. It is a low noise, low vibration equipment. |

Large series - swept volumes from 805 to 7500 m3/hr (14 modems P,R,S,T,V,W,Y,Z,Xa,Xb,Xc,Xd,Xe,Xf)
Screw compressor packages in the large series have a base frame to accommodate all the components and are characterized by a vertical oil separator. Their robust construction and large traditional screw compressors ensure particularly low noise and low vibration, when running and have an extraordinary long service life. |
