Centrifugal Pump

Application :

IDMC centrifugal pumps are built to sanitary design for applications in dairy, food, pharmaceutical, beverages, brewery, cosmetics, personal health care and allied industries.

Standard Features :

Monobloc design, manufactured with all liquid contact parts in SS 316 fitted with single internal/external mechanical seal with different face combinations, adjustable ball feet, SMS ports and stainless steel motor shroud.

For mobile applications, the pumps are offered with stainless steel trolley having caster wheels.

The pumps are available in open or closed impeller construction.

Open Impeller Pumps (Type CL)

Having three backward turned vanes that are wide apart to

ensure gentle handling of the products. The wider space between impeller vanes allows passing through of products with suspended particles. This makes the pumps suitable for transferring cream, ice cream and wine etc.

Closed Impeller Pumps (Type CLC)

Having six backward turned vanes to optimize the hydraulic efficiency. This makes the pumps suitable to transfer liquid gently without churning at medium-high pressure. The application covers a wide range of liquid like juice, milk, water, CIP, WFI, beer, sugar syrup, carbonated beverages, wine etc.

Motors :

Supplied with 2/4 pole, three phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz motor having class "F" insulation and IP 55 protection. Other voltage and frequency options are available on request. CL / CLC 40-2-1.5, CL 30-2-1.5, CL 30-2-1 pumps are available with single phase, 50 Hz motors.

The pumps can also be supplied with following options as per customer specific requirements:
