IDMC is credited with its pioneering work in industrializing curd processing line in the Indian domestic market. Advanced pasteurization modules incorporating separation, de-aeration, concentration & homogenization and extended holding systems upto 20 minutes has been supplied.
IDMC has executed a number of installations, the largest one being a state-of-the-art PLC controlled curd manufacturing of capacity 100,000 LPD. The processes know-how, engineering and equipment design have been standardized for manufacturing lines for curd, butter milk and cultured butter milk, etc.
